Letter naming the person authorised to act for you on DLT registration. Use our draft, reproduce it on your letterhead, then stamp and sign it.
Any one of: Aadhaar card, driving licence, passport, election card or PAN card.
Electricity bill, landline bill, leased-line bill or internet bill — dated within the last 2 months. A sale deed is also accepted.
PAN of the company, firm or individual being registered as the DLT entity.
Mandatory if you hold a GST registration. If you are not GST registered, say so and we proceed without it.
These receive every OTP and approval notification from the DLT portal. Use an address and number more than one person can reach — losing access here stalls everything.
We publish the exact wording the DLT portals expect. Reproduce it on your company letterhead, fill the blanks, stamp and sign — that is the whole job.
