Preparing your document pack before you apply
Most registration delays are document problems, not portal problems. Getting these six items right the first time is the difference between days and weeks.
Registration itself is quick. Rework is what takes time. Before you start, assemble:
- The agreement copy authorising AVANCEZONE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED to add you under our telemarketer registration — on your company letterhead, stamped and signed.
- The authority letter naming the person authorised to act for you (self-attested for individuals and sole proprietorships).
- Proof of identity — Aadhaar, driving licence, passport, election card or PAN.
- Proof of address — an electricity, landline, leased-line or internet bill no more than two months old, or a sale deed.
- PAN card copy.
- GST certificate, if you are registered.
Scans must be PDF, JPEG or PNG and under 100 KB each — the portals reject larger files outright. Decide up front which email address and mobile number will be registered against the entity: those become the destination for every OTP and approval notification, so use an account more than one person can reach.
